My name is Daniela Polisini, and I am an experienced professional as a key accounts’ manager, in the tourism and hospitality industry with over 25 years of background in this dynamic field. I am currently looking for remote job opportunities in Spain where I can bring my passion, knowledge, and multilingual skills to contribute to a company’s success.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of roles across different sectors of tourism — from front of house to stakeholder engagement, from travel planning to sales & marketing management — always focusing on providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients, travel partners and tour operators. I have been running my own company for years as a Freelance translator, as well as an B&B host, while having a full time remote job, volunteering regularly, running a family with a very busy schedule and a big house.

I am fluent in five languages, both spoken and written, which allowed me to connect with people from all over the world and handle international clients with ease and professionalism.

One of my strongest assets is my adaptability, confidence and rapport building capacity, I have worked with people from diverse cultures, in different countries and contexts, and I’ve always been able to integrate quickly and work efficiently, both independently and in a team. I have a proactive attitude, strong listening, communication and organizational skills, and I’m tech-savvy (I have been using Salesforce for 10 years)— all essential qualities for remote work.
