Daniela Ortiz

I am an Industrial engineer with working experience in the commercial area, commercial strategy, customer service, telemarketing, market research and finance. My native language is Spanish, I also speak fluent English and a little of Portuguese and Italian.

I have more than 5 years of work experience, I have worked as an administrative and commercial assistant, as a customer service agent and sales representative, also as Finance assistant and SOX compliance (internal auditor).

I am very responsible, I enjoy the teamwork and have facility for learning, analytical and strategic thinking. Right now I am a first year student of a Master in Arts Management at a university in Milano, Italy, and so I have a quite flexible schedule.
