Daniela Ochoa Parra

I’m Daniela Ochoa Parra, a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with a background in quality control, education, and digital commerce. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation and Interpreting from Angloamericano de Morelia and have additional academic experience in Psychology, which has strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills.

In my most recent role as a Quality Control Specialist at Vetcelerator, I was responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of veterinary websites. My tasks included verifying client information, reviewing text for spelling and grammar, checking that images met brand standards, and ensuring all buttons and links worked correctly. I worked with platforms like Monday.com, Bugherd, Slack, and Google Drive to manage tasks and report issues effectively. I successfully contributed to over 30 full website launches and numerous updates, consistently meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards through close collaboration with development and QC teams.

Previously, I worked in the education field as an English Teacher and English Coordinator Assistant, teaching students from preschool to elementary school. I prepared engaging learning materials, assessed student performance, and handled classroom conflicts. I enjoyed creating inclusive environments where students felt confident to learn and participate. My experience also includes using platforms like Oxford and Scholastic for planning and evaluation.

Beyond teaching and quality assurance, I’ve also managed my own freelance online store, selling made-to-order products via Facebook and Instagram. I created product content, managed customer communications, tracked orders, and resolved delivery issues. This experience helped me build strong organizational, marketing, and customer service skills.

My core strengths include attention to detail, the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and systems, and strong written and verbal communication. I have basic knowledge of WordPress and graphic design, experience with Canva, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. I’m fluent in Spanish, have an intermediate level of English (TOEFL 543), and conversational French (DELF B2).
