I am a Social Communication and Journalism graduate from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia. I specialize in creating educational and corporate content for social media and websites, with a strategic focus on SEO, email marketing, and digital community management.

🔹 As a Social Media Manager at an Aesthetic Medicine center in Barranquilla, I designed and executed content calendars for Instagram and TikTok, including posts, stories, and videos. Additionally, I managed the digital community, responding to comments and direct messages while directing potential clients to the sales department.

🔹 I have experience with WordPress, Elementor, and SEO optimization using the Yoast SEO plugin. I am proficient in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and Canva, and I use Trello and Notion for project and task management.

🔹 Additionally, I have experience in the logistics sector as a broker agent and dispatcher, with strong negotiation skills, ensuring efficient coordination and successful agreements. I have handled appointment scheduling, documentation, website development and management, hosting, and domain administration as Logistics Coordinator.
