Daniel Wille

4 Years experience as a Director of Architectural company where my responsibilities included; suppliers selection and manufacturers, construction management control. One year of organising international art events. Two years in a Start-up Company, interviewing and testing candidates, research of innovations for integration in business as well as marketing strategy development.

A very important part of my job is to understand both processes, that are happening from one side in Company and other is in Candidate: his goals, passions, and skills for the best junction and merge.

Moreover, I am a great motivator and leader and work towards a community goal of company success. My personality can be described as flexible, but always keeping a focus on main goal achievement and ready to work extra hours for the required result.
