If I had to summarize my skill set it would like:
• An understanding of human behavior and psychology

My core belief is that, with certain conditions met, performance marketing is best run by motivated,
independent marketers with a growth mindset and that the trend in the market is in this direction.
At the same time, I admit that this is not always easy to achieve.
With over 5+ experience in marketing having spent time learning my trade working at big B2B and
B2C companies as well as experimenting with MVP and time-to-market on my side projects.
I am very strong in visual design and in generating qualified leads. Now I seek to add growth
marketing to define the entire conversion funnel and drive its implementation.

My dream job.
I know that I would be a good fit for a company that encourages open communication, teamwork, and
learning by doing. The role that suits me best would allow me to wear many hats and should be a mix of
analytical and creative thinking. The company’s interest in using SaaS products for their marketing
initiatives and a lean methodology is also a significant factor towards building a valuable relationship.
If I had to picture the perfect working environment I would say that it should focus on three main areas:
● have a dynamic and modern business approach
● should inspire personal and professional growth, being positive, energetic, and flexible
● the focus should be on growth, not on the working schedule nor the office location.
My side projects are playing a significant role in my professional education, and it would further help my
team in achieving great results. A team with such hobbies would be my perfect squad.
As for the financial aspect, I am targeting a €2.000 net monthly remuneration, at least €10.000 monthly
PPC budget and a dedicated €500 monthly budget for SaaS products for CRO.

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel during an exciting growth phase of the Temenos MarketPlace and
would happily recommend him to any potential new employer.
He was dropped in at the SaaS deep-end and immediately applied his expertise in pipeline optimisation to
improve our processes and increase the volume of referral opportunities for our Providers.
Working across an internationally dispersed team, for a time, Daniel single-handedly managed the
MarketPlace provider relations function, onboarding new suppliers and improving the search rankings of
existing MarketPlace Product Pages to increase sales.
