I am a versatile professional with a strong foundation in Software Engineering (ongoing B.Sc. at Mountain Top University) and hands-on experience across IT support, customer service, sales, and education.

Technical Experience:

· IT Support (Samsung Phones): For two years, I diagnosed and repaired hardware issues (screens, batteries, charging ports) and resolved software problems (crashes, freezes, OS updates) at Stellar Parallax, Lagos. I maintained detailed repair logs and communicated clearly with customers.

· Customer Support: I have handled live chat and email inquiries professionally, ensuring timely and helpful responses.

· Sales: While working as a Sales Specialist at Stellar Parallax, I recommended phone repairs and accessories, met weekly sales targets, and managed customer follow-ups to drive repeat business.

Teaching & Communication:

· As a teacher at The Dynamic Leaders Schools, I instructed students in JSS1 through SSS3 in Data Processing, National Values Education, and English. I prepared lesson notes, graded assignments, and maintained classroom discipline.

· As a private tutor (self-employed), I provide one-on-one coaching in English, Mathematics, Data Processing, and Web Development, adapting my methods to each student's learning style and tracking their progress.
