I have several years of customer service experience (including online, by phone and in person). I speak English (C1 - reading/writing/speaking) and I speak Hungarian (native). At high school I studied IT and programing. After at college I studied Accounting and Financial. I worked as an assistant manager in a company in UK where I was handling customer`s complaints, supporting customers, make customers happy and controlling my team's performance and their quality of service. I worked in call centre also as a Debt Collector Operator and Customer Service Representative. I have communication experience in e-mail, live chat, help desk, phone(outbound/inbound/sales). I have a diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership. At the moment I work as a Product Data Specialist (eCommerce Listing).
