Daniel Jebb

I am a recent graduate from QUT with a Bachelor in Psychology/Business (Advertising). I have considerable marketing and writing experience, from my role as Vice President/Marketing Coordinator for QUT Athletics, which I helped exponentially grow in digital presence. I also had a retail job, which taught me how to manage different personalities and company goals. I am here to help with all digital/writing needs.

I have a deep passion for writing, and have been putting pen to paper from around the age of ten, when I forced my parents to read aloud my short stories at night. I still write short fiction in my spare time, in a continuous endeavour to hone this craft, which is always a lot of fun. Years of prose experimentation, coupled with university writing opportunities has enabled me to become highly proficient in written communications.

I have considerable experience in digital media/online communications from my extracurricular role as Vice President for QUT Athletics. During this role, which lasted over two years, I engaged in numerous crucial marketing tasks such as writing blog posts, creating videos, crafting succinct copy, and updating/managing the club website. I also shared content across our social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook; my blog writing in particular helped our club grow exponentially, leading to high awareness and engagement metrics. The blog became a hit with our members, due to an approach I took in my writing which was both informative yet entertaining - combining thoroughly researched content with a tongue in cheek tone. These articles were a great success, and overall were instrumental for building a family-friend club, culture, enabling all our members to feel included.
