looking beyond the obvious and creating something special.
Having worked as a multi-platform journalist in regional newsrooms – and as the
owner/operator of his own small business - I have developed an understanding of the many
facets of provincial business settings. I have also completed a Bachelor of Professional
Communication and Bachelor in Film and Television Production, which means his practical
experience is bolstered by strong academic merit.
I have turned my hand, successfully, to a number of creative disciplines: writing and
photography, digital production and, most recently, cinematography. I am is equally effective
working autonomously or in a team environment. My experience in bar work and working the
night shift at a local servo has given me a well-rounded appreciation for what the real world
is all about.
I was hired as a Video Split for a feature film production on the Gold Coast and have worked
with NEP Broadcaster as a Cable hand. These experiences have shown me professional
television productions and feature film production and reinforced my passion for film and tv
and my chosen career path.
For myself, it's all about hard work and dedication to my craft. A lifelong learner, I see every
role as a great opportunity to further my creative career while broadening my skillset.
