✓ Developing a web service to communicate directly with our CRM (SalesLogix) to allow automatic export
of MetaData and attachments to MOSS. Tools involved here were Sharepoint 2007 & C#.
✓ Discovered, designed, and deployed an OCR solution that takes Securities Licensed Rep paper
statements and indexes them in MOSS. This .NET 2005 application allowed Kestler to trim off 60% of
there work load from the original process. Tools involved here were Sharepoint 2007, C#, and
Omnipage 16.
✓ Maintained SalesLogix CRM (VB Framework)
✓ .NET Web Services to integrate Commission download with carriers. These interfaces synchronized
commission statements and production information into our CRM software.

This would allow NIH to disband their current antiquated Excel Spreadsheet methodologies and replace
them with state of the art web services. Technologies used: Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Microsoft

Server Pages, Microsoft SMTP Services.
✓ ICWEL & ICREMEDY - DigitalNet/BAE Systems had a need to update there existing IC-WEL fault
reporting tool. IC-WEL unites different Fault & Performance management systems under one common
interface. It collects data from various fault management tools such as Micromuse NetCool, HP
OpenView, and Syslogs. Modifications were deployed for tighter integration of HP OpenView and Syslog
formats, interfacing to Remedy trouble tickets, and making required Oracle 9i database changes.
