Principal Front-End Architect, Stealth Travel 06/2015 - 12/2016 Stealth Travel was a fully-funded travel startup in stealth mode. They developed notable sites like Gozengo.com, providing a service like Travelocity and Expedia. ● Developed a novel system connecting existing PHP backend to a React front-end that saved several months of product development time by eliminating a need to rearchitect existing systems in a single sprint. ● Converted Sketch designs into fully functioning web applications using React/CSS, hitting all milestone deadlines. ● Implemented a Style Guide approach that allowed us to cut design time by 50% through intelligent style reuse. We currently employ a staff of seven in Mexico City. ● Developed a custom test framework in C# to solve a significant obstacle in test automation for our largest client and enabled them to achieve CICD. ● Developed custom hardware using Arduino/NodeJS to automate gyroscope diagnostics for mobile devices that could not be tested by software. ● Documented setup of the customer development environment so that non-technical staff could spin up environments whenever a new workstation is needed. ● Evaluated and deployed IT support systems to facilitate day to day operations. ● Mentor CEO on how to run the day-to-day activities of the business. Founder and CEO, CYINT LLC 04/2007 - Present CYINT is a successful professional service, consulting, and investment firm with several hundred thousand dollars of revenue. ● Developing an open-source serverless framework in NodeJS and React for rapid construction and deployment of serverless applications that eliminates the need for SaaS Ops teams. ● Delivered over 20 custom software products to date leveraging technologies such as React/Serverless, PHP/Symfony, C#/.NET, and Python/Django with an average NPS of 90. ● Created algorithms to apply data science principles to data sets.
