The project’s server side is made with Node.js while the front-end is written with Vue.js and jQuery. - My Role ✓ I encountered a few issues when establishing an interaction between the website server and Steam API. For example, Steam did not properly return the ‘float’ value which is crucial for the game item market. By default, these requests to the Steam API were sent ahead of time and the responses from Steam got lost for some reason. I resolved that by setting a timeout function. ✓ This platform is now a Top 5 player offering virtual items trading between games on Steam.
