Rugged SA is one the leading ICT distributors on South Africa, focusing mainly
on ruggedised devices such as rugged phones, laptops, and tablets.
I am responsible for all marketing activities with the business and
managing the marketing team.
My responsibilities include developing and implementing the
marketing strategy across all platforms including but not limited to the
websites, social media, mailers, print media, PPC campaigns and paid
media.
I am responsible for maintaining the websites and delegation of
maintenance to my team where necessary.
My duties include creative direction for my design team and quality
control on all marketing material.
As a Senior Manager in the company, I work closely with other
departments to ensure the successful operations of the business
within Rugged SA and across the Rugged Group, comprising of
numerous other brands.
Within my department I am responsible for project management in
conjunction with my Junior Marketing Manager and I manage skills
development for each member of my department.
