I was brought in as a technical advisor/Interim CTO when a client faced challenges and lacked confidence in their app developer agency. By immediately assessing the situation and understanding the client's goals, I steered the project in the right direction.

Through this process, I identified the need for a new agency to support the next phase of development and recommended necessary infrastructure changes. I also ensured clear communication between the client and the agency, leading to the app being built correctly and aligned with the desired functionalities.

As a result of these actions, the owner gained confidence in the app development process. The app was not only built correctly but also delivered on time and with transparency.
