PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
1998 – 2005 Independent
I worked assembling and selling PCs, giving support to different clients including
companies.
2005 – 2009 Crowne Plaza Hotel
I started to work here as Bellboy, but with the time I was promoted to Front Desk Clerck
and then to Incomes Auditor and Night Manager.
I was responsible to check all the incomes in the hotel and prepare accounting reports
about each day. I was in charge of the cashiers in the restaurant and in the night I was
the responsible of the entire hotel.
2009 – Present Justia
I work as Helpdesk Engineer giving support to lawyers to update their websites using our
CRM. All the updates are related to HTML and CSS updates or adding YouTube videos,
everything on our custom CMS.
I’m also in charge of the media team handling everything related to videos like video
optimizations in YouTube and also developing scripts to connect to the YouTube API to
download videos lists and create playlists using HTML and Javascript.
I also work generating internal reports to comply SEO team requests creating Python
scripts to go to trought all our websites XMLs and grabbing information like pages
wordcount, title tags used, all the images without alt description, number of title tags
used on the site, etc.
I write all the documentation related to videos and scripts I have created for future use of
all my teammates.
I make trainings to show the use of the scripts I created and also to share knowledge of
YouTube updates on the API or on the SEO.
I worked for 4 years making QA to design mockups so they comply clients’ specs.
