I have a long background in the BPO industry specifically on Customer Service which is why I have strong set of skills relating to this field. I also have a strong background in Administrative Works in which I developed my skills handling Client Service Administration works.

I use to deal with US clients but now also serving and working with Australian clients. I am a very flexible person which makes me easy to adopt in the environment that I am working at.
