I am a dedicated and results-driven support and operations professional with over a decade of diverse experience across hospitality, customer service, quality assurance, and virtual assistance. Throughout my career, I have consistently taken roles that place strong emphasis on service excellence, workflow management, and compassionate support for clients, guests, and teams.

My professional journey began in the customer service industry, where I supported global brands through phone assistance. This experience strengthened my communication skills, empathy, and ability to handle complex customer issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
