Dan Michael Capellan

Hi! I'm Dan Michael Capellan, I'm from the Philippines. I'm currently working as a Content Moderator/ Real-Time Analyst on a big social media platform.

I've been part of two different VA Teams before as a Reporting Analyst, Audio Moderator, Email Support, and Social Media Management.

My daily task as Real-Time Analyst is to implement lean processes to create better solutions for our business needs. I collect all the data we need and slice it for our clients so they can understand easily. I do visualizations of data to have a better understanding and easy sharing of information for our client's business reviews.

As a workforce, My task is to create schedules for employees according to our business needs, I also monitor our employee's metrics performance in terms of productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence. I train employees in different kinds of lines of business. I also do quality checking of our application, reporting some bug issues, and glitches.

As a Content Moderator, I am responsible for reviewing and moderating content on Apps and social media platforms, and other websites. I must be able to identify and remove inappropriate content while preserving the integrity of the site.

I currently looking for part-time jobs, but I am willing to learn and be trained.
