Dan Aldwin Sanchez

I have an accumulated 12 years of experience working with foreign clients in an outsourcing business environment and almost 3 years of working full-time remotely with various companies in the US and Australia performing several remote professional roles.

As for my onsite working experiences, I have a strong US payroll background, being exposed to this process for more than 5 years and I have excellent administrative management skills with more than 10 years of volunteer experience supporting top managers of an organization. I am trained in six sigma to do process creation, process improvement, and process manuals. I was a Team Lead before and one of my successes was being able to have the team deliver 100% on time and 100% accurately. I was a Planning Manager in my most recent onsite job (Data Science) who assist Corporate Managers in decision making by creating dashboards across all sites using PowerBi/Google Data Studio.

As for my remote job experiences, I am an expert in virtual assistant roles and have catered to various online clients, and supported them with all kinds of administrative tasks. I am professionally experienced in project management tools such as Trello, MS planner, ClickUp, and Airtable. I am also exposed to the Sales/Marketing roles performing cold calling and sales pitching via social media platforms and CRM tools such as Hubspot and also doing online calls using Cloudtalk. I performed data analytics too using google data studio, power bi and excel and helped managers make decisions for the benefit of their company and for the development of their system. I held a remote team leader position as well as handling and recruited members of my team to do sales and marketing. I have done client management roles too and built relationships with the clients and maintained a strong client base for the company.

My first onsite full-time work was as customer service support for a US-based bank performing collections and credit management and my last online work was as a Business Improvement Manager focused on data analysis and product implementation/development.

I am a graduate of financial accounting and knowledgeable in the basic accounting process using Quickbooks.
