Through 5 years of experience at EY, I have acquired leadership skills by leading diverse teams on 4 of the most challenging clients each with AUM>30Bn and was the only one chosen among my peers to lead 1st year audit of a new client and was responsible for planning the whole audit procedure, delivering quality deliverables within stringent deadlines and increased GDS penetration on that client from 27% to 46% the next year, I have built high impact team on these clients and trained and upskilled members after identifying their knowledge gaps and the members have gone on to take more challenging tasks on other clients, and through my innovation skills I have challenged the status quo by ideating innovative ways to conduct complex testing procedures which helped save 100 performance hours and 35 executive review hours, resulting in yearly savings of approximately $10,000.
