I'm currently working as a customer service representative with 5 years of experience. I do voice and non-voice accounts (60 WPM). I support new hire agents as a subject matter expert.  I can easily catch up with the work process and standard of operation. I do the job with integrity so even with less supervision I can deliver the task effectively and efficiently. I can handle work under pressure even customers with not in the mood. My fellow employees can easily approach me especially if they are asking for help or asking questions about work. I am now happily married and starting to plan to have a kid. But before that I want my wife and my future family to be financially stable. I spend my free time reading fiction books and watching foreign movies to also help me improve my vocabulary skills. I make sure I maintain a good work-life balance. I also have an extra duty in our church to allot time to God. I'm an only son and I know I need to learn many things in making my own family and that's my priority right now, my wife, and my future. I graduated from college with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Hotel Restaurant Management (HRM) in year 2015. I used my college degree for 3 years in a 4-star Hotel.
