Dale Arana was hired by us on December 2nd, 2014 until he resigned on June 2nd, 2015. Dale worked as a product lister researching various suppliers to find products we can re -sell in our Amazon store. Dale was very dedicated to finding products to list for maximum profit as well as making our store successful. Dale after a period of time trained other worker in the process of listing products. Dale was also given the task of processing orders as they came in, and also managed our inventory everyday seeking items that went out of stock and also adjust price changes as they happened. Dale was dedicated to success of our store and has great potential to develop into a trainer once he masters an operation. One key area of improvement would be for Dale to delegate tasks better within a team once the team member is trained for a certain task so as a team function there is always someone crossed trained to cover as a back up.
