Signing up clients
Creating new files for the Mandeville Branch and a copy of every new file for the Kingston Office
Sending out demand letters to at fault party (Insurance companies etc.)
Follow up letters every month to insurance companies for their position (Accepting or denying liability, breach of policy)
Updating clients at least once per month on the status of their case
Requesting medical reports, Police reports and any other relevant documents. Following up with medical institutions, Police station etc.
Importing of file notes (dating file notes, every action taken on the file must be noted on the file)
Filing and packing up court documents, serve law firms.

Make sure that they have all the required information to sign up for the new additional benefits they are entitled to.
Make sure the information about them self is correct (Age, Name, State, Zip code)
Transfer clients to Medicare specialist in their state
JUNE 2023- AUGUST 2023 MILLENIA BUSINESS CENTER (SALES AGENT TAXEN DEBT CAMPAIGN)
Contact clients that are in taxen dept.
Make sure that they have over $1100 in taxen and debt before continuing.
Be as convincing, to persuade clients to sign up to have their debt eliminated or reduced.
Transfer interested clients to senior agent to have them assist from that point forward, using vici dialer.
