To whom it may concern:
I am looking for opportunities to grow my strengths in a more creative and flexible environment. I enjoy being helpful and communicating knowledge to people I know, not only at work, but also everyday life. Continuing education to be able to more efficient within my career and be able to be a more effective team member is an important foundation.
Having a background in operations, technology and project management work has given me the skills to be able to research and find solutions to issues in creative ways. My interchangeable skills allow me to be a flexible team player; moving from analyst to team lead to business analyst/project management. The vast complexity of the markets system had enticed me to learn more about it to the point of becoming a subject matter expert of asset management. This had also led me to be part of system and process migrations requiring communication to business and technology analyst to understand business requirements for systems that will improve customer service. Working within an operations environment throughout my career, I came to understand the importance of competitive technology and its symbiosis to good client service.
Having seven plus years in operations and six years financial servicing industry, I have been able to hone my skills as an analyst using them to improve business processes by creating help guides, documentation, checklists, trainings and an intermediary between IT and the business. My optimism and positive persona have helped me be part of a helpful and knowledgeable environment. It has also helped me be able to “make lemonade out of lemons” allowing me to prosper through difficult situations. Proper organization allows for me to be competitive as well as have the space to think critically in a fast-past work environment.
I am setup for a work from home/remote position and have experience with this type of work environment.
Sincerely,
Daisy Arias
