I’m very organized, social, objective driven and very good with spreadsheets and data, I think I can make a great job I’m a fast learner and I have very good computer skills. Recently I built my house in Guatemala, took me some time but its finally ready.

 I have some calling experience calling, since I worked in a call center like 6 years ago. I really cared for customer service, I always put myself in the shoes of the caller trying to better understand the situation and helping them as I would like to be helped.

I have 10 years of experience managing teams. I was chairman and CEO for a nonprofit for four years and then worked in California for 6 years, out of which I worked as business manager for three years. I organized teams, build social network with suppliers and clients, kept good record with a CRM program I designed myself on excel spreadsheets. I oversaw the general management such as delegating, assigning, hiring and keep track of the differ areas plus the required BPO services for the company.

I have a private and comfortable office, my internet connection is 15, and I can upgrade, if necessary, when I have an steady income.
