I am a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Commerce. When I was in college, I played for my school's varsity team in which I learned a great deal when it comes to commitment, discipline and team work. I can work gracefully under pressure and a fast learner. During college, I had to play and study, and because of that, I also developed my multi-tasking skills and resourcefulness. I've been in the call center industry for so many years now and that's where I honed my communication skills and customer service expertise.
