I've been with Amazon for almost 6 years now and with Dish Network as a technical support representative for a year and a half. When I was with Dish our main job is to assist customers with technical stuff. We also do billing and a bit of upselling. As for Amazon, I worked as an agent for 6 months then I was promoted to Escalations. After a month of taking escalation calls I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert and last year I began my journey as a Team Lead apprentice. Being a TL Apprentice taught me a lot about managing people and doing admin tasks at the same time.
