I have completed an intensive training for Virtual Assistant. I have the skills to do and complete your required tasks in a timely manner. I also used these skills in my previous job as a Medical Secretary, for a year.

-Email Handling (organizing and categorizing messages, applying filters and automation)
-Google Docs and Sheets (creating reports using charts and tables)
-Internet Research (research on leads, products, and reviews)
-Social Media Management (managing accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., scheduling posts using Buffer and HootSuite, creating graphics using Canva, writing engaging captions and hashtags)
-Data Entry (converting PDF or other files using Google Docs or Sheets and MS Office)
-Calendar Management (creating events and appointments)
-Wordpress Management (editing posts, and embedding videos)
-Transcription (converting audio and video files into documents)
I am willing to learn new skills that will be needed for the tasks, to provide you and your company best services.
I can work 20 hours a week or part-time. But if you want me to work as full time, 40 hours a week or more, that would be okay.
