Hi! I'm Cyril Zack Tabaniag, a BS Tourism Management graduate at Bulacan State University. I'm a former Passenger Services Agent (PSA) and Flight Controller at NAIA Terminal 1 under PAGSS Inc.

Currently I'm looking for a work from home set up opportunities because of the pandemic. Working as a PSA gave me the experience in handling the passenger's/client's concerns both in person and by calls.
