As a student, I had learned to use Skype as a communication tool. I had used Microsoft Word and Excel to do some of my projects. I chose to grow in the customer service career after I graduated, and have worked for 3 years in a call center. My task was about reclamation, data entry, generate an unpaid contract, subscribe new contracts for customers, proposed new offer to customer by phone and email. During this period, I had manage the email well and replying with good manners. During the weekend, I have tried to practice my translation skill from English to French for some short text.
