Developed a power back-up maintenance checklist that ensured zero downtime incidences, resulting from failure of power back-up systems to pick up in cases of power outages, during my tenure. Industrial Attachment, East African Portland Cement Company Limited 06/2016 – 08/2016 Ministry of Industrialization, Kenya • • Worked on a project to automate the oiling of cement mill moving parts to curb rampant interruption of production due to mechanical failures. Devised a fail-safe mechanism to prevent collision of raw-material stacker and reclaimer plants occasioned by overruns by automatically turning them off.
