I’m a tech enthusiast with a strong background in technical support and fintech systems, passionate about keeping applications running smoothly and solving complex technical puzzles. I enjoy being the person who can trace an issue, understand it from every angle, and get things back on track efficiently.

My experience spans across both on-premise and cloud-based applications, where I’ve supported a range of systems that power everyday financial solutions. Over time, I’ve worked with several databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, and Cassandra, which has helped me build a strong foundation in data handling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

On the infrastructure side, I’m comfortable navigating Linux environments and keeping an eye on system health through Grafana, Dynatrace, and ELK. I love the challenge of digging into performance dashboards, identifying patterns, and turning data into actionable insights.

Beyond support, I have a creative side that comes out in web development—using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress to bring ideas to life. I also enjoy experimenting with code, especially Node.js, Vue.js, and Java, and occasionally explore Android development with Kotlin.

Working in fintech has taught me the importance of reliability, security, and teamwork. I value clear communication and collaboration, especially when bridging technical details with business goals. I believe technology works best when people do, too.
