In addition , I have also worked as a Process Optimization Manager at Cisco Systems, where I won multiple awards for my contributions to the TAC organization. I created and implemented AI improvements that reduced effort, improved customer experience, and saved over $1 million annually.
I also negotiated contracts with service providers, resulting in significant cost savings. My skills include manufacturing process improvement, customer success, and pricing negotiations. I am passionate about driving innovation and operational excellence in the SaaS, ML, and AI sectors.
