Business Savings - UR
A fintech launched its savings product to her business customer after an
incredibly successful savings product on the retail side. Despite the great
success being recorded on the retail savings products, it hasn't seen similar
traction on the business product. The objective of this research is to
understand and inform the business on how to improve and grow its
savings offerings on the business side of things.

Funding Of Betting Wallet
The product team was considering the option for introducing “Funding of betting wallet” on our app. All
our competitors are doing it (given we have a huge market in Nigeria, with 60mn users betting everyday).
Before considering this launch, we sought to address the following questions:
A. What are the ways that a user can top up their betting wallet with (3rd party apps like opay/Kuda or any
other way)?
B. Roughly what proportion of users prefer 3rd party apps to top up their betting wallet?
C. What are the betting providers that we need to have on FM if we plan to launch betting?
D. What are the risks that we need to consider to make our product robust enough for this launch?

NPS Survey
The business is intent on improving its service to her customers. She would love to
measure customer satisfaction and loyalty Month on Month.

Competitors' Loan Product
The product team wanted to gain a competitive edge and build suitable loan offerings for her users. To
achieve this, the business needed to gain insights into the loan offerings of the top competitors in the POS
business.
The primary objectives of this research were as follows:
a. To understand the loan requirements of users offered by our competitors.
b. Understand the interest rates applied by these competitors for their loan products.
c. What are the tenor or duration of the loan options provided by our competitors.
e. Possibly explore the default rates associated with the loan products.

Free Cards Campaign Research
The business understands that ATM cards is one of the greatest drivers for growth for her banking streams. In
other words, people with our ATM cards are more likely to use us as their primary bank account or, do more
transactions with us as it offers them a means to access their funds.
Recently, the card growth team embarked on a card campaign where the offer free cards and & delivery to
some subset of users to see if this would drive card request and growth. However, despite this offer of free
cards and a follow up call by Telesales to some them, certain users still did not take up they offer.
The card growth through this research wants to understand what constitutes the lack of excitement or lack of
adoption of the free cards by these sets of users.
