My 13 years experience in BPO Industry has taught me a great deal. I have developed communication skills, providing quality customer service and still learning new things. Currently, I am working as an Appointment Setter in one the growing company in Australia. I book appointments for smoke alarms inspection and gas service in rental properties. I was also a Fraud Analyst in one of the top leading banks in the US. I was part of the debit and credit card line of business. I am optimistic, flexible, easy to work with, always willing to learn and very passionate about doing my work well.
