I was an IT Operations Analyst. I have been in the BPO industry for 6 years. Customer service skills would not be a question for me. Handling that role gave me a lot of experience in system administration. I have been tasked to closely monitor the full automation of the whole IT infrastructure of the company. We used Service-Now for tracking IT tickets raised and created. I also led a group of Service Desk Technicians and made sure that they pass their KPIs.
I have a vast experience in ADS, VPN and VOIP services administration. Network troubleshooting is my specialization. I handled Networking Expert position for Microsoft's Xbox for AU, NZ and APAC region for 2 years. I also have experience in troubleshooting mobile phones and tablets on different platforms. That includes android, iOS, Windows mobile and Blackberry. Being an Analyst, I am very keen with work/technical details.
