I’m a results-driven Freelance Executive Virtual Assistant, currently supporting a direct client in Houston, Texas who owns a growing HVAC business. With over 12 years of experience in assistance and administrative support, I bring a strong foundation in streamlining day-to-day business operations and optimizing workflows for service-based industries.
My current responsibilities span a wide range of tasks, including appointment scheduling through HCPro, invoicing and summary report creation, data entry for customer profiles and pricing catalogs, and general inbox management. I assist in ensuring that operations run smoothly and client inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally.
I also manage customer and supplier communication through RingCentral, handling inbound and outbound calls, sending and responding to SMS, and composing business emails. As part of my proactive communication approach, I conduct cold calls to potential and existing clients, informing them about new services, updates, and seasonal promotions.
In addition to administrative support, I manage several digital marketing tasks, especially in social media. This includes running and scheduling ads on Facebook, posting service promotions on Craigslist, Google Business, and LinkedIn, and designing flyers and promotional graphics using Canva. I play a vital role in maintaining the company’s online presence and helping generate consistent leads.
I work Monday to Friday (CDT), up to 8 hours per day (maximum of 40 hours per week). On my days off or outside of client hours, I’m available for part-time, short-term projects, or as a coach/mentor for aspiring Virtual Assistants who want to get started in the freelancing industry.
