Hi! My name is Cybel Jay Labador but most people call me by my initials "CJ", and a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education major in English last 2019. I've been with the BPO industry for almost 3 years and 3 months with an experience for both inbound and outbound call in a customer service and technical field, as well as for email and chat support service for both local and international project and has experience with Social Media managing.
To know a bit about me, I mostly do go outdoors as one of my past times to freshen up. I also am very interested in going on an adventure without any proper plans since I have this theory that a trip could not be possible if we're thinking it beforehand hence, it would be much better to have it instantaneously so nothing could go wrong. I also do cook a lot mainly because I'm an only child and my mother had trained me doing household chores including cooking. That being said is the reason why mostly I cook also for fun.
I started knowing almost nothing when I got my first job as a customer service representative. At most time, I got my hopes down whenever I have some coaching opportunities that had made my scores decrease. But one thing my leader had told me is to never give up since I am still a diamond in a rough. That didn't stop me to keep on trying until I have reached my goal of becoming the top agent of my team as well as to the whole account I've been with.
I am very passionate for what I've been doing most especially when assisting concerns and are delighted whenever I got to have an interaction with them. That is what made me interests to apply since I wanted to impart my previous knowledge in making every interaction, whether if this is within consumer or through business, be outstanding and making sure every interaction is worth the satisfaction.
