I worked as a Customer Service Representative in two different companies and my roles are being able to solve customer’s concern in a timely manner, I listen attentively for me to think and provide the best resolution in every situation. I have dealt different types of customers and what challenged me the most was by dealing with an irate one. I also work under pressure but I know how to manage it effectively by prioritizing tasks, staying calm and composed.
