About

My objective is to cultivate a career where I solve problems and form creative solutions. My strong background in supportive roles and education with integrity has given me a solid background to help others succeed.

When I was a Compliance and Architectural Review Manager, I was tasked with the management of cash flow, inspections, and applications from 27 different properties, supporting 8 higher ranked managers and training new managers along with other supporting positions. My best asset is being a problem solver, I am regularly tasked with ways to provide more efficiency. I saved the company from a future of lost income by detecting a glitch in the system that would have allowed employees a loophole to steal money. In addition, I discovered irregularities between communities, again showing the company where they were losing money and advocated on how to sell services to increase revenue in future contracts. When I started I took a position that was deemed “out of control” and organized it into including a paperless archiving system with a triple security measure. Then, I made updated training manuals to streamline new hire assimilation. I have constantly worked at turning around the negative perspective of my position by listening and taking the time to ask the right questions and find solutions.

In the past 5 years, I have been in an apprenticeship that proved to be valuable in developing acumen and was a gift in disguise. My position enhanced my professional appearance and allowed me to work with people from all walks of life. The biggest take away is it helped developed the patience and skillsets to teach complicated topics in simplified form. It sharpened my emotional intelligence, allowing me to connect with others in limited time frames. It helped me network and connect with the majority of business professionals in my local area, making the rapport to work alongside them in my future endeavors.

Today, as a business assistant and entry-level project manager, I have been involved with building entrepreneurship and being willing to work beyond my scope to promote the longevity of the business. I researched and poured over legal documents to help build a standard operating procedure and client contracts. I helped innovate a referral program and its corresponding advertisements. I had little experience when I started, but my willingness to learn and quick retention helped me become invaluable. I learned how to run a business, which included a solid understanding of overhead, financials, profit/loss statements, and being able to do anything my boss could do if he was absent. Software knowledge and equipment handing was a necessity - Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Nikon, CRM software, Quickbooks and Adobe products were used every day. He relied on me to keep in contact with clients, monitor social media accounts, promotes the business through weekly original SEO enhanced articles, and photography/edit images to a quality that helped increase revenue each year.

When in need, I have assisted my former employers during large contracts and deadlines with no supervision because I deliver on time. I would like to offer the hospitality and discretion I show my clients to you. I am eager and ready to explore all additional education/training to assist me in doing my job most efficiently.
