As for my acquired skills, I have a year of working experience as an Inbound Sales and Customer Service Representative. I've been trained to handle customers over the phone, manage English-native people, and provide excellent customer service. I just recently finished my training with the course General Virtual Assistant.

I can also do tasks in data entry, web research, social media management, transcribing, and even content creation. I know all of these because of that training. I'm also open to internships to have more knowledge of what task you want me to do. I am a well-organized person and a hard-working one as well.
