I have been part of the BPO industry for a decade now. I started as an agent supporting telco for customer service and sales, with my performance I was recommended to be part of the training team. Started as a Foundation Skills Trainer, providing background to the country we are supporting, moved to Products Specific where we are giving the knowledge about the account they will be into until regularized as an Associate Trainer. Then moved to Operations as a Team Manager coaching and developing 18 agents on how they will reach the target and get a great scorecard. Moved to Compliance to support Operations on their coaching, huddles and goal setting. Now I am part of the Quality team still supporting Operations by handling 15 auditors listening to their calls and providing feedback.
