Hello my name is Cristine Belera, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology at Colegio San Agustin Bacolod. This is my first time applying as a virtual assistant but I have almost 8 years of working experience. I have experience working on different fields such as an Office staff wherein I perform various office tasks for 6 months, a sales agent wherein I sells land and condominiums for 3 months, accounts receivable specialist wherein I post collection receipts on SAP, processing of purchase orders and weekly inventories, monthly reconciliation of AR Aging, provides weekly reports of collections and processing of claims to principal for almost 6 years. At present I am working as an audit staff wherein I does daily inventory report, auditing to different branches, daily reconciliation of branches report vs accounting system and encoding of stock transfer, PO, receiving report and returns. Thus, I have been knowledgeable to different software’s such as SAP, ERP, QuickBooks, and I have also completed a 6 days training course of virtual bookkeeping with xero and QuickBooks online. I have been using also a google docs, google drive, google sheet for shared reports in the office. I have also been using Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, etc. I was also a passer of CAT level 1 examination for certified bookkeeper at the University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City.During my free time I love to watch movies, reading books and practice my baking skills, I want to improve also my skills in driving.
