I graduated with Bachelor's degree in Education major in English. I practiced my profession for three years then after that I changed my career and switch into office work where I was hired as an Executive Assistant /Virtual Assistant in a company. After a year I decided to changed career again and try my skills in Customer Service. Luckily, I was hired in a BPO company and I handled travel account wherein I helped clients in booking reservations for hotel, flight, car, and activities accommodation in different countries all over the world. I assisted them in choosing the best hotel they could have that is also suited to their money.
