I am a proficient and efficient worker. I have always been one of the best assets of the companies I’ve worked with. I have worked in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry for more than five years – have been an SME (Subject Matter Expert), exceeding quotas and getting incentives for an excellent performance, being in the first quartile team, and awarded as one of the best employees in Access Worldwide and Convergys. I also worked as a Marketing Staff where I created business studies and organized events to increase membership.
