Why should i be hired from Colombia?

I’m a well-trained professional with a large background of over 12 years of experience in the accounting administration and finance field since the more basic ones like reconciliation and data entry as more specialized like auditing the GL, creation of procedures, budgeting, tax planning, and reporting. I've had the opportunity of managing the accounting for many small businesses, also I’ve worked with large multinational companies and been able to work with clients from all walks of life; insurance, healthcare, tourism, retail, education, and corporate services, among others. In the last two years, I’ve been working with a company US based, which has helped me to improve a lot my English communication skills, and also I’ve learned to be adaptable to the different time zones in the US. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish language. I’m recognized by my coworkers as a very accountable person, a hard worker, a person who always has a smile on his face and is always willing to help others, and one that always finds a solution; another thing about me is that i´m the kind of person who always is willing to find a more effective way to do tasks: there’s always a quicker and easier way to improve processes in order to provide continuous improvement to the companies. I strongly believe that respect is the base of a great environment in every field of life, especially talking about jobs. My main motivation for being willing to start a fully remote job is to have more time for my family and also have a better income to provide a better quality of life. I’m currently taking an online course for Data Analytics and automatization of tasks using Python to empower my professional career and make it IT-oriented, but also data-based decision-oriented. Briefly, I’m a catch.
