Managing the deployment of the new Data Loss Prevention patch, providing remote support for users
in need of this installation while working with Global Support in order to ensure day-to-day updates
regarding the deployment and presenting a full report of all workstations active in the Security
Console.
Creating agent ids and extension for new joiners or users that have changed processes as per policy.
Ensuring said agent ids and extension were added to BAnDIT and Avaya CMS Supervisor.
Creating European Bridges for mid-level employees but also VIPs and ensuring bridge functionality.
Processing daily Service desk tickets in a timely and correct manner.
