I’m an experienced BPO employee, from being customer service representative of a network providers, to customer service consultant of an Insurance Company. Which all of it requires effective communication, writing and speaking skills. On this industry, use of emails is also a must to make sure clients and customers are updated. Multitasking and flexibility to adopt on company’s constant changes is also a must. Being exposed to this daily requirements, for almost 4 years now, gives me advantage to the job.
