I honestly am a newbie in freelancing but I have few local clients and they were satisfied with my work. I have a 4 years experience in call center industry as a Customer Service Representative and Certified Technical Support Specialist handing Dish Network account.

I don't want to lie and tell that I have experience in everything just to show off and get a job immediately but I believe that there are still people who can give a chance to a newbie like me. I believe that I don't need to make a story of work experiences which I do not have because I'd rather not get the job from dishonesty.
